What Equilib Is

Equilib is an AI-powered wellness tool designed to help you trace emotional distress to its hormonal root cause, and receive science-backed activity recommendations to restore balance. It is a self-awareness tool — not a therapist, not a coach, and not a medical service.

We use AI from Anthropic (Claude) and Google (Gemini) to generate insights. Both providers process your responses via paid API tiers — your data is never used to train their models.

Not Medical Advice

Equilib is not a substitute for professional mental health care. Nothing in the app constitutes medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. The hormonal insights provided are educational and informational only.

If you are experiencing a mental health crisis, please contact your local emergency services or a qualified mental health professional immediately. Do not delay seeking help.

Do not delay seeking professional help because of anything you read or experience in Equilib.

Your Account

• One account per email address.
• You must be at least 18 years old to use Equilib.
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account.
• Authentication is via one-time passcode (OTP) sent to your email. We do not use passwords.
• You may delete your account at any time by contacting privacy@eqlb.app.

Pricing & Billing

Equilib offers a free tier with limited access and a premium tier at US$2.00 per week.

• Premium subscriptions are billed weekly via Stripe.
• Billing occurs on the same day each week from the date you subscribed.
• You can cancel at any time from your account settings. Cancellation stops future charges immediately.
• Cancellation does not affect access for the current billing period already paid.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Attempt to extract harmful, abusive, or illegal content from the AI.
• Probe, attack, or attempt to circumvent the service's security or rate limits.
• Use automated scripts, bots, or scrapers to access the service.
• Share or resell access to your account.
• Use the service in a way that violates any applicable law or regulation.
• Impersonate another person or entity.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms without prior notice.

Limitation of Liability

Equilib is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that the AI outputs will be accurate, complete, or suitable for any particular purpose.

To the maximum extent permitted by Singapore law, Willow Tech Pte. Ltd. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of revenue, or harm to health.

Our total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 30 days preceding the claim.

Intellectual Property

The Equilib name, brand, software, design, and AI prompts are owned by Willow Tech Pte. Ltd. and are protected by applicable intellectual property law.

You retain ownership of any content you input into the service. By using the service, you grant us a limited license to process your inputs to deliver the service to you.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. When we do, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page and, for material changes, notify you via email.

Continued use of Equilib after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. If you disagree with a change, you may cancel your subscription and stop using the service.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Singapore. Any disputes arising from or relating to these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Singapore.
